If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, and any other additional charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.

Please note that the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee does NOT cover any software preinstalled or included in your order. If the item(s) are returned after the 14 days but within 30 days of the purchase date, a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase cost will apply, along with the shipping, handling, and any other additional charges.

90-Day Limited Warranty

The 90-Day Limited Warranty covers all items purchased. If the item(s) purchased malfunction due to hardware issues, at our discretion, eWorks ESI will provide one of the following options:

1. Repair the hardware with comparable parts.
2. Provide replacement parts necessary to repair the item(s) purchased.
3. Replace the item(s) if they cannot be repaired.

Some of the hardware items covered under this warranty include the motherboard, disk drives, RAM modules, and internal PCI devices such as a graphics card, network adapter, or DVI card. Replacement parts will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part. The warranty for the replacement part(s) will last 90 days from the replacement date.

In the event that we are unable to replace or repair your item(s), eWorks ESI will refund you the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, and any other additional charges. Please note that this 90-Day Limited Warranty does NOT cover any software preinstalled or included in your order.
