The D-Link DGS-2000-52MP is a managed switch that operates on both Layer 2 and Layer 3. It is equipped with 48 Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 ports that support 10/100/1000 Mbps, in addition to an RJ-45 console port. The switch supports full duplex communication and has a MAC address table capacity of 16,000 entries. With a switching capacity of 104 Gbit/s, it adheres to several networking standards including IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.3u, IEEE 802.3x, and IEEE 802.3z. It also supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality. Designed for convenience in server rooms or data centers, the switch can be rack-mounted and fits in a 1U form factor.
