The Fast and Precise Fusion Splicer TCV-605C is a versatile fiber optic welder designed to work with any type of lighting. It features a large and clear 5.6-inch LCD display with a resolution of 640×480 pixels, allowing for clear visibility of the optical fiber core and enabling a 300-fold enlargement of the image. Equipped with a bright LED light, it ensures comfortable operation in challenging lighting conditions, even at night. The device has a battery charging time of just 3.5 hours, and a single charge allows for approximately 220 welds. The TCV-605C series utilizes advanced image processing technology and precise positioning technology to automatically complete the fiber merging process in 8 seconds. Its TFT LCD monitor provides a clear and comprehensible display of all stages of fiber fusion. The fusion splicer is commonly used for single-mode quartz SM and multi-mode MM fibers with diameters ranging from 80 to 150 µm, a covering layer diameter of 0.1 to 1.0 mm, and a bare fiber length of approximately 16 mm.
