The NETGEAR GS510TLP is a managed switch designed to operate across Layer 2, Layer 3, and Layer 4 of network infrastructure. It features 8 basic switching RJ-45 Ethernet ports, which are all Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000). For management purposes, there is an RJ-45 console port available. The switch is capable of handling up to 16,000 MAC address entries, and it offers a switching capacity of 20 Gbit/s. It includes a DC-in jack for the power connector and supports Power over Ethernet (PoE).
