The J4858C from HPE is a small form-factor pluggable transceiver designed for full-duplex Gigabit connections. It is compatible with Hewlett Packard networking products, such as core and edge switches and wireless devices. This transceiver connects to 1000 Base-SX ports and operates over distances of up to 550 meters. It supports multimode fiber and transfers data at a rate of 1 Gigabit per second over Ethernet cables. The HPE J4858C includes a standard two-year manufacturing warranty, covering repairs or replacements if needed.
