The Honeywell CT40 features a 12.7 cm (5") display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and supports multi-touch technology. It has 4 GB of internal memory and 32 GB of flash memory, and it is compatible with SDHC, SDIO, and SDXC memory cards. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with a frequency of 2.2 GHz. It comes with the Android operating system pre-installed. For connectivity, the CT40 supports Wi-Fi standards including 802.11a, Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), 802.11b, 802.11g, and Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n). Additionally, it includes a barcode reader.
