The Supermicro SYS-620BT-HNC8R features an Intel C621A motherboard chipset and is compatible with processors that use the LGA 4189 socket, manufactured by Intel. It supports DDR4-SDRAM memory types with a maximum internal memory capacity of 4 TB and RDIMM clock speeds of up to 3200 MHz. For storage, it supports 3.5" drive sizes and interfaces including M.2, PCI Express, Serial ATA, and Serial Attached SCSI (SAS). It offers Gigabit Ethernet with LAN data rates of 10, 100, and 1000 Mbit/s. The system uses an AMI BIOS with a memory size of 32 MB.
