The Supermicro SuperServer F629P3-RC0B features an Intel C621 motherboard chipset and is compatible with the LGA 3647 (Socket P) for Intel processors. It supports DDR4-SDRAM memory with a maximum internal capacity of 3 TB and accommodates RDIMM clock speeds of 2133, 2400, 2666, and 2933 MHz. The server is designed to handle storage drives of 3.5 inches in size and supports both HDD and SSD types. Storage drive interfaces include Serial ATA III and Serial Attached SCSI (SAS)-3. The on-board graphics card is the Aspeed AST2500. Additionally, the server includes PC health monitoring features for the CPU, fans, and temperature.
