ASUS TS700-E9-RS8 comes with an Intel C621 motherboard chipset and features a processor socket of LGA 3647 (Socket P). It is designed to be compatible with the Intel Xeon Scalable family of processors. The server supports DDR4-SDRAM memory types and can accommodate DIMM modules with capacities of 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. The maximum internal memory it supports is 1.54 TB. For storage, it supports 3.5-inch drive sizes with interfaces for both Serial ATA and Serial Attached SCSI (SAS). The on-board graphics card is the Aspeed AST2500, equipped with 64 MB of memory. Networking capabilities are provided by the Intel I210-AT LAN controller.
