The Motorola MC3200 features a display with a diagonal size of 7.62 cm (3 inches) and a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels. It has an internal memory of 1 GB and a flash memory capacity of 4 GB. The device is compatible with MicroSD (TransFlash) and MicroSDHC memory cards. Powered by a 1 GHz processor from Texas Instruments, it is part of the Instruments OMAP processor family. The operating system installed on the device is Windows Embedded Compact 7.0. In terms of connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi standards 802.11a, 802.11b, and 802.11g. The device also includes a barcode reader.
