The Motorola MC3200 features a display with a diagonal size of 7.62 cm (3 inches) and a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels. It comes with an internal memory of 0.512 GB and a flash memory capacity of 2 GB. The device is compatible with MicroSD (TransFlash) and MicroSDHC memory cards. Powered by a Texas Instruments processor from the Instruments OMAP family, the device operates at a frequency of 0.8 GHz. It runs on the Windows Embedded Compact 7.0 operating system. For connectivity, the Motorola MC3200 supports Wi-Fi standards including 802.11a, 802.11b, and 802.11g. Additionally, it includes a barcode reader.
