The NETGEAR 28-Port 10G Ethernet Smart Switch (XS728T) is a managed switch operating at Layer 2+ and Layer 3. It features 24 RJ-45 Ethernet ports for basic switching, supporting 10G Ethernet with speeds of 100, 1000, and 10,000 Mbps. Additionally, there is one USB 2.0 port available. The switch supports full duplex communication and offers a MAC address table with 16,000 entries. Its switching capacity is 560 Gbit/s. This product complies with several networking standards, including IEEE 802.1D, IEEE 802.1Q, IEEE 802.1ab, IEEE 802.1p, IEEE 802.1s, IEEE 802.1w, and IEEE 802.1x. The switch is designed for rack mounting.
