Manufactured with a 14 nm lithography process, this processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can accommodate up to 1 TB of DDR4-SDRAM memory. It is particularly suited for the server market segment and supports AVX-512 instruction sets, offering 2-socket scalability. The processor is specifically compatible with the ML350 Gen10 server model.
