It is designed to fit into an LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built using a 14 nm process for enhanced performance and energy efficiency. This processor supports Hexa-channel memory and can accommodate up to 2 TB of internal memory, with DDR4-SDRAM as the compatible memory type. It is tailored for the server market segment and includes advanced supported instruction sets such as AVX-512. Additionally, the processor offers scalability with an S8S rating and is compatible with the DL560 Gen10.
