The HPE Intel Xeon Platinum 8180M is part of the Intel Xeon Platinum processor family. It features an LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built on a 14 nm processor lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle up to 1.5 TB of internal memory. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, it supports several instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The processor is scalable up to S8S and is compatible with the DL580 Gen10.
