This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of up to 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Positioned for the server market segment, it supports a range of instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The processor offers scalability options with S8S and is compatible with the ML350 Gen10.
