It is designed for the server market segment and supports instruction sets like SSE4.2, AVX, AVX 2.0, and AVX-512. The processor has a scalability rating of S8S and comes in a package size of 77.5 x 56.5 mm. The maximum internal memory capability is 4.5 TB.
