It features a processor socket of LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is manufactured using 14 nm lithography technology. This processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle a maximum internal memory of up to 1 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, the processor supports AVX-512 instruction sets and offers scalability with an S8S rating. It is compatible with the DL560 Gen10 server.
