It supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. The processor is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. It is intended for the server market segment and supports a range of instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. This processor is scalable up to S8S and is compatible with the ML350 GEN10.
