This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 1.5 TB, utilizing DDR4-SDRAM memory types. It is designed for the server market segment and supports various instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The processor offers scalability with S4S. It is compatible with the ML350 Gen10.
