The HPE Intel Xeon Platinum 8260 belongs to the Intel® Xeon® Platinum processor family. It utilizes the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built with a 14 nm processor lithography. This processor supports hexa-channel memory configurations and can handle a maximum of 1 TB of internal memory. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, the processor includes AVX-512 supported instruction sets and features scalable capabilities labeled as S8S. It is compatible with the DL580 GEN10 system.
