The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5215M is part of the Intel Xeon Gold processor family. It features an LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built using a 14 nm process. This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can accommodate up to 2 TB of internal memory, utilizing DDR4-SDRAM. It is designed for the server market segment and supports AVX-512 instruction sets. The Xeon Gold 5215M is scalable up to four sockets and is compatible with DL380 GEN10 systems.
