The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6152 is part of the Intel Xeon Gold processor family. It is designed to fit in a LGA 3647 (Socket P) socket and is manufactured with a 14 nm lithography process. The processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This processor is targeted for the server market segment and supports various instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. It also has scalability benefits listed as S4S (four sockets scalable). The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6152 is compatible with the ML350 Gen10 server.
