The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5215M processor is part of the Intel Xeon Gold family. It uses the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built on a 14 nm processor lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of up to 2 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This processor is designed for the server market segment and supports AVX-512 instruction sets. It offers scalability for 4-socket configurations and is compatible with the ML350 Gen10 server.
