The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6240Y is a high-performance processor from the Intel Xeon Gold family. It features an LGA 3647 (Socket P) socket and is built using 14 nm lithography. This processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of up to 1 TB with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Aimed at the server market segment, it supports the AVX-512 instruction sets and offers 4S scalability. It is compatible with the DL580 GEN10 system.
