Manufactured with 14 nm lithography, this processor supports quad-channel memory. It can handle up to 1.54 TB of internal memory using DDR4-SDRAM. Targeted at the server market segment, it supports AVX 2.0 instruction sets for enhanced performance and is scalable with up to two sockets. This processor is compatible with the DL360 GEN9 server.
