The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6142 is part of the Intel® Xeon® Gold processor family and is designed for use in servers. It fits into the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built on a 14 nm lithography process. This processor supports hexa-channel memory configurations and can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB using DDR4-SDRAM. It is ideal for the server market and supports various instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. In terms of scalability, it follows the S4S model. The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6142 is compatible with the ML350 GEN10 system.
