It fits into an LGA 3647 (Socket P) socket and is built with a 14 nm process. The processor supports hexa-channel memory, allowing for efficient data handling, and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB using DDR4-SDRAM. It is designed for the server market and supports various instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. Additionally, it offers scalability up to S8S configurations.
