HPE Intel Xeon Platinum 8153 is part of the Intel Xeon Platinum processor family. It uses the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built with 14 nm processor lithography. This processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, it supports multiple instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2, with scalability up to S8S. This processor is compatible with the DL560 Gen10.
