This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of up to 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, this processor supports instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. Its scalability is rated at S4S, and it is compatible with the BL460c Gen10.
