The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6140 is a part of the Intel Xeon Gold processor family. It uses the LGA 3647 (Socket P) socket and is built with a 14 nm lithography process. This processor supports hexa-channel memory and allows for a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. Compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types, it is designed for the server market segment. It features support for instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2, with scalability options labeled as S4S. This processor is compatible with the DL580 Gen10.
