The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6230 processor belongs to the Intel Xeon Gold family. It uses the LGA 3647 (Socket P) processor socket and is built with 14 nm lithography. This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of 1 TB. The memory types supported by this processor include DDR4-SDRAM. It is designed for the server market segment and supports the AVX-512 instruction sets. The processor has a scalability level of 4S. It is compatible with the DL560 Gen10 model.
