The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5220 belongs to the Intel® Xeon® Gold processor family. It is designed for the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built using 14 nm processor lithography. This processor supports hexa-channel memory and has a maximum internal memory capacity of 1 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Targeted for the server market, the processor supports AVX-512 instruction sets and offers scalability up to 4S. It is compatible with the BL460c Gen10 platform.
