It supports hexa-channel memory, with a maximum internal memory capacity of 768 GB using DDR4-SDRAM. This processor is designed for the server market and supports instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. It offers scalability options up to S4S and is compatible with the DL360 Gen10 server.
