HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5220 is part of the Intel Xeon Gold processor family. It features an LGA 3647 (Socket P) socket and is built using a 14 nm processor lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory and can manage a maximum internal memory of up to 1 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, this processor supports AVX-512 instruction sets and offers 4S scalability. It is compatible with the DL560 GEN10 system.
