Manufactured with a 14 nm process, it supports hexa-channel memory and can accommodate up to 1 TB of internal memory. This processor is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. It is intended for the server market segment and supports AVX-512 instruction sets. The processor features 4S scalability and is compatible with the DL360 GEN10 system.
