HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5220 is part of the Intel Xeon Gold processor family. It utilizes the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is manufactured with a 14 nm lithography process. This processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle a maximum internal memory of up to 1 TB. It works with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Primarily designed for the server market, the processor supports AVX-512 instruction sets and offers scalability for up to 4 processors. It is compatible with the DL360 Gen10 platform.
