The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5120 belongs to the Intel Xeon Gold processor family. It uses the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and has a processor lithography of 14 nm. The processor supports hexa-channel memory with a maximum internal memory capacity of 768 GB and is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. It is designed for the server market segment and supports instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The processor offers scalability at S4S level and is compatible with the DL560 Gen10.
