The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5115 is part of the Intel Xeon Gold processor family and uses an LGA 3647 (Socket P) socket. It is manufactured using 14 nm lithography. This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of up to 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, it supports various instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2, with a scalability feature marked as S4S. This processor is compatible with the DL380 Gen10.
