The HPE Intel Xeon Silver 4116 is a server processor that belongs to the Intel Xeon Silver family. It uses the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built on a 14 nm processor lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, it supports instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The processor offers 2S scalability and is compatible with the DL360 Gen10 system.
