It is equipped with an LGA 2011-v3 processor socket and features a 14 nm lithography. The processor supports quad-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of 1.54 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types and is targeted at the server market segment. The supported instruction sets include AVX 2.0, and it offers scalability of 2S. This processor is compatible with the ML350 GEN9.
