The Intel Xeon Gold 5320H belongs to the Intel Xeon Gold processor family and fits into an LGA 4189 socket. It is built using 14 nm lithography. It supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle a maximum internal memory of 1.15 TB with DDR4-SDRAM as the supported memory type. Designed for the server market segment, this processor supports instruction sets including SSE4.2, AVX, AVX 2.0, and AVX-512. It is scalable up to 4S configurations. The processor package has dimensions of 77.5mm x 56.5mm, and the maximum internal memory it can support is 1.12 TB.
