This processor is built using a 22 nm lithography process. It supports quad-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of up to 768 GB, using DDR4-SDRAM memory types. The product is suitable for the server market segment and includes support for AVX 2.0 instruction sets. It features a scalability of 2S and is equipped with Intel® Virtualization Technology, specifically VT-d and VT-x. The processor is compatible with HP DL380 servers.
