The HPE Intel Xeon Silver 4215 is a server-oriented processor from the Intel Xeon Silver family. It fits into the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is manufactured with a 14 nm lithography process. This processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle up to 1 TB of DDR4-SDRAM. It is designed for the server market segment and includes support for AVX-512 instruction sets. The scalability of this processor is 2S, meaning it is suitable for dual-socket configurations. This processor is compatible with the ML350 Gen10 server.
