The processor is manufactured using 14 nm lithography technology. It supports hexa-channel memory and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 1.02 TB. The processor is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. It is targeted towards the server market segment and offers scalability for dual-socket (2S) configurations.
