The HPE Intel Xeon E5-2620 v3 is part of the Intel Xeon E5 v3 processor family. It uses the LGA 2011-v3 socket and is built with a 22 nm processor lithography. This processor supports quad-channel memory and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It works with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, it includes supported instruction sets such as AVX 2.0 and offers scalability for dual-socket configurations (2S). Additionally, it features Intel® Virtualization Technology, including VT-d and VT-x. This processor is compatible with the HP DL380 server.
