Manufactured using 22 nm lithography, this processor supports quad-channel memory configuration. It can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB and is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Targeted at the server market segment, it supports advanced instruction sets including AVX 2.0 and is scalable for dual-socket (2S) configurations. The processor also features Intel Virtualization Technology (VT), including VT-d and VT-x, for enhanced virtualization capabilities. It is compatible with the HP ML350 server model.
