The HPE Intel Xeon E5-2630 v3 is part of the Intel Xeon E5 v3 processor family and fits into the LGA 2011-v3 socket. It is manufactured using a 22 nm process. This processor supports quad-channel memory configuration and can support a maximum of 768 GB of internal memory. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, the processor supports AVX 2.0 instruction sets and is scalable for dual-socket (2S) configurations. Additionally, it includes Intel® Virtualization Technology, specifically VT-d and VT-x.
