The HPE Intel Xeon E7-4830 v4 is a server-class processor from the Intel Xeon E7 v4 family. It uses the LGA 2011 (Socket R) socket and is built on a 14 nm process. The processor supports quad-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of 3.07 TB. It is compatible with DDR3-SDRAM and DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, this processor supports the AVX 2.0 instruction set and offers scalability with S4S. It is compatible with the DL580 GEN9 server.
