It belongs to the Intel Xeon Silver processor family and is compatible with the LGA 3647 (Socket P) socket type. Manufactured using a 14 nm process, this processor supports hexa-channel memory configurations and can handle up to 768 GB of DDR4-SDRAM memory. It is optimized for use in servers and supports various instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. Scalability options allow it to be used in a dual-socket (2S) configuration. This processor is compatible with the HPE DL380 Gen10 server platform.
